A Regret of a Lifetime !!!


"I wish I could go back in time and change what I did !!!"

This statement is so common among us that its never given much importance.We always make mistakes and feel bad later,wishing to correct it by going back in time.Regrets and Sorrow comes together.The mistakes we make cannot be corrected but can always make sure not to repeat it again.

I made a terrible mistake two years back and still regret.May be its a part of life and I have to live with it.I was really happy few years back.Had friends,money and happiness.I used to hang out with friends a lot.Later one fine day,I had to ignore one friend of mine just because the relations were not so good between us.She had started taking me more than a friend and I never had such feelings for her.Knowing this she had to go far away from me,breaking all the contacts we had.

Later after a month passed,I started missing her a lot.She was my best friend and I used to share everything with her.Now, she not being around,I was feeling very lonely and sad.Its now 2 years since she went and I miss her even now.I realised how important she was to me and I did a very big mistake by ignoring her that time.

Few mistakes makes us regret for a lifetime.

The Idiot Box !!!

T.V. if used moderately, serves a good purpose.Otherwise it is a trouble to people watching and people around.It is sometimes harmful to people and the place where it is kept.The noise and visuality it provides is sometimes very hurting to the surrounding environment.

But still its a necessity to every household.Life will be really boring without T.V to people who stay alone at home and do not have any other entertainment.People who do not want to step out of the house and are not much outgoing find T.V a very good time pass.


As its an open fact that one should follow some restrictions where children are concerned.It may otherwise prove very disastrous to them.Children can get distracted and this could even spoil their whole future.


T.V. Programmes like Travel and Living,Fear Factor and other educational programmes are a great boon to the viewers.Some one has said it right.... "A Television is nothing but an Idiot Box."

Brain Damage !!!

I finally finish this month with the last topic on health.Our Brain is the most important part of the human body.A Brain damage can result in really painful consequences.Our brain is getting damaged on a regular basis.These are various habits which influence a Brain Damage.
1. No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are going to have alower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients tothe brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading toa decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead toAlzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption ofproteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and mayinterfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body.Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygento the brain, bringing about a decrease in brainefficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivationfrom sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping Sleeping with the head covered increases theconcentration of carbon dioxide and decreaseconcentration of oxygen that may lead to braindamaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to adecrease in effectiveness of the brain as well asdamage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lackingin brain stimulation thoughts may cause brainshrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiencyof the brain .

Liver-Health !!!

This month is dedicated to health.Due to large number of health problems people facing, I wish to contribute something to the world.

Liver damage is a very common problem and needs to be addressed with seriousness.Here are the few ways one can save the Liver .

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are maincause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5.. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, foodcoloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much aspossible reduce cooking oil use when frying, whichincludes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except ifthe body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to theburden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Friedveggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. We should prevent this without necessarily spending more.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and timecondition are very important for our bodies to absorband get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to"schedule."

Cancer-Foods !!!

I have already discussed ealier about various cancer problems.But not many people how cancer is caused and what could be done to prevent it.Eating habits is major factor to consider.
The top five cancer-causing foods are:
1. Hot dogs Because they are high in nitrates, the CancerPrevention Coalition advises that children eat no morethan 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live withouthot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and bacon Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hotdogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the riskof heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon alsocontributes to cancer.
3. Doughnuts Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First,they are made with white flour, sugar, andhydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures.Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you canpossibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.
4. French fries Like doughnuts, French fries are made withhydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures.They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides whichoccur during the frying process. They should be calledcancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .
5. Chips, crackers, and cookies All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Eventhe ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fatsgenerally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Eat Well And Sleep Well !!!

Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminatingunnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from theantibody system (lymph nodes). This time durationshould be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxedstate such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have anegative impact on health. Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deepsleep state..

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs.Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratorytract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at thistime. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.

Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time whenthe bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a goodsleep and don't sleep late.
